The agreement between you and AREC Digital Campus when you use this platform.
Last updated: January 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a programme, or otherwise using AREC Digital Campus, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and every policy referenced from the site footer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to use AREC. Sales representatives, admins, and staff must be at least 18.
Your account
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. AREC may suspend accounts used to violate any policy, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the AI Ethics & Responsible Use Policy.
Programmes & access
Access to programmes, tracks, resources, and AI workspaces is granted based on your registered tier. Access may be revoked for non-compliance with these Terms.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to AREC Digital Campus for programmes, memberships, digital products, training, certifications, subscriptions, and other services are final and non-refundable.
By completing a payment you acknowledge that AREC does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, partial completion, or dissatisfaction with the pace or content of a programme once access has been granted.
Where a payment has been received in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount) AREC will, at its discretion, apply the excess as credit toward another programme.
Ethical AI Usage
Members must use artificial intelligence tools available on AREC Digital Campus responsibly and ethically. This includes respecting the rights and dignity of others, protecting personal and confidential data, and refusing to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property.
Any member found engaging in unethical or malicious AI activities, or misuse of AI - including but not limited to generating disinformation, creating fraudulent academic work, impersonation, harassment, or automated attacks - may have their membership, certification, account, and platform access suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
AREC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement and academic institutions where appropriate, and take any disciplinary action necessary to protect the community and the integrity of AREC certifications.
Changes
AREC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
